Chorizo & Mushroom Macaroni in Black Garlic Butter Sauce – The Cooking Plumber
Who doesn't like a good pasta dish? Especially one with black garlic! This indulgent one pan dish is packed with lots of different flavours. Great comfort food and perfect for sharing.
Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
- 50g Chorizo cut into small pieces
- 100g Onions cut into small pieces
- 2 Garlic cloves crushed
- 1/4 tsp Chilli flakes (1/2 tsp if you want a kick)
- 50g Salted butter
- 100g Mushrooms washed, drained and cut in small chunks
- 40g Black olives sliced
- 5g Black garlic paste
- 2 Tbsp Bread crumbs
- 75g Soft cheese
- 25g Parmesan cheese grated
- 175g Macaroni
- 20g Fresh basil chopped
