Ingredients
- 600 grams oysters (2 dozen fresh oysters (halved, reserve the oyster juice)
- 1/2 cup butter (1 stick)
- 1 can (16 ounce) spinach
- 1 onion (yellow onion, medium, diced very fine)
- 3 to 4 bay leaves
- 4 ounces sliced bacon (finely chopped, 4-6 strips)
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs (Progresso Italian bread crumbs)
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan Cheese
- Worcestershire sauce, on each oyster (1-2 drops)
- 1 cup salt (rock salt)
