Ingredients

• 1 stick Butter
• 1 small chopped yellow onion
• 1 cup sliced mushrooms
• 2 tablespoons plus more for dusting all purpose flour
• 1 1/2 cups milk
• 1/4 cup clam juice
• 1/4 cup medium-dry sherry
• 1/2 lb well drained and picked clean of shells crabmeat
• 1 cup frozen peas
• 2 sheets thawed frozen puff pastry
• 1 beaten with 1 teaspoon water, to brush pastry egg
