• 1-1½ cup confectioners sugar
• Pinch of salt
• Pinch of cardamom
• Riesling Whipped Cream:
• 1 cup heavy cream
• 2 tbsp Schmitt Sohne Vineyards Sweet Riesling
• 1 tbsp confectioners sugar
