Marinated Zucchini - Talley Farms Box

Ingredients

• Sides
• 3-4 Medium Zucchini, thinly sliced
• 1/2 cup chopped onion
• 1/2 cup green or red pepper
• 1 – 10 oz. can tomato soup, undiluted
• 3/4 cup sugar
• 3/4 cup vinegar
• 1/2 cup vegetable oil
• 1/2 tsp. salt
• pepper to taste
• 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
• Combine and refrigerate overnight. Enjoy!
