Ingredients

• 1 teaspoon baking powder
• 2 teaspoons baking soda
• 1 cup buttermilk
• 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
• shaved chocolate for garnishing
• 1/2 tsp cinnamon
• ½ cup cocoa, (Dutch-process cocoa powder)
• 1 cup coffee, at room temperature
• 2 eggs
• 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
• 2 cups granulated sugar
• ¼ cup hot-chocolate mix (any kind)
• 1 teaspoon kosher salt
• ½ cup oil
• 1¼ teaspoons vanilla extract
• 2 cups whipped cream, with 3 Tb of sugar and a dash of cinnamon and tsp vanilla
