Nibblous | chicken and ham pie

Ingredients

• 1 Ham Shank (you can also use ham pieces, but i find this a cheaper and tastier option)
• 2 large chicken breasts or legs
• 1/2 onion
• 2 carrots
• Approx. 8 broccoli florets
• Small carton of cream
• Cornflour to thicken sauce
• Parsley and seasoning
• Puff pastry (or shortcrust)
