• 8 slices Canadian bacon (sub deli ham)
• 2 Tbsp Butter
• 1 tsp Mustard, Dijon
• 1 tsp Honey
• 1 Tbsp Vinegar, apple cider
• 2 1/2 Tbsp Oil, olive
• 1 Pears, diced
• 6 oz Baby spinach (sub any salad greens)
• 2 Tbsp Sunflower seeds (sub pepitas or chopped pecans)
