• 1 Pinch Cayenne Pepper
• FOR THE SAUCE
• 2 Tbsp Mayonnaise
• 5 Tbsp Fromage Frais
• 1 ½ Tbsp Tomato Ketchup
• 1 Splash Tabasco Sauce
• 1 Splash Worcestershire Sauce
• 1 Tbsp Brandy
