Ingredients

• 5-6 Asparagus, Washed and chopped 1 inch size
• 1 Cup Couscous, small traditional instant couscous
• 2 Egg(s), hard boiled, optional
• 1 tbsp Lemon, Juice
• 1/4 tsp Chili Powder, optional
• 1/2 tsp Salt
• 1 tbsp Olive Oil
• 1 tbsp Italian Parsley, chopped
• 1 tbsp Mint, Optional
• 1 Garlic, clove, finely chopped
