Mini Pasta Shells recipe by Ruhana Ebrahim

Ingredients

• 500g chicken fillet (cubed),
• 2 tablespoon butter,
• 1 teaspoon salt,
• 1 teaspoon rough red chillies,
• 1 teaspoon dhana jeeroo powder,
• 1 tablespoon garlic paste,
• 2 tablespoon lemon juice,
• 1 teaspoon ground green chillies,
• 1 tub chunky cottage cheese.
• Creamed Spinach-
• 1 packet Mc'cains garden spinach
• 1 onion sliced
• 2 Tablespoon butter
• ½ teaspoon salt
• ½ teaspoon pepper
• 1 cup milk
• 1 cup fresh cream
• 1 tablespoon cornflour
• Pasta sauce-
• 1 medium onion (sliced),
• 2 tablespoon oil,
• 1 teaspoon dried oregano,
• 1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs,
• 1 can Italian tomatoes,
• ½ teaspoon salt,
• ½ teaspoon black pepper,
• 1 teaspoon chilli powder.
