  • 50g butter, plus extra for greasing
  • 300ml whole milk
  • 100g full-fat cream cheese
  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh tarragon or 1 tsp dried tarragon
  • ½ tsp freshly grated nutmeg
  • 75g raisins
  • 100g Gruyère cheese (or vegetarian hard cheese), grated
