• 1 tsp (5 mL) hot cayenne pepper
• ¼ tsp (1 mL) ground turmeric
• ¼ tsp (1 mL) ground cumin
• 1 tsp (5 mL) coarse sea salt
• 2 Tbsp (30 mL) unscented oil, like grapeseed or canola
