- 400–500 g of Lapin Liha’s sautéed reindeer or sautéed red deer meat
- 1 kg of firm potatoes
- 2 tbsp of cooking oil for frying
- 2 yellow onions
- 4 tbsp of olive oil
- 2 tbsp of vinegar
- 2 tbsp of sugar

- 10 sliced radishes
- 200 g of cherry tomatoes
