Almond Cake with Warm Berry Compote – Fustini's Oils & Vinegars

Ingredients

• 1 cup cake flour
• 1/3 cup almond flour
• 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
• 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
• pinch kosher salt
• 1 1/2 sticks butter - soft
• 1 cup sugar
• 2 eggs - room temperature
• zest of one orange - finely grated
• zest of one lemon - finely grated
• 1/2 teaspoon almond extract
• 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1 teaspoon Fustini’s Cara Cara Vanilla balsamic
• 2/3 cup sour cream
• confectioners’ sugar
• 1-pint raspberries
• 1 teaspoon Fustini’s Raspberry balsamic
• 2 tablespoons raspberry preserves
• 1 tablespoon lemon juice
• 1-pint strawberries - sliced
• 1/2 pint blueberries
