• 150 grams Canned tuna (packed in olive oil)
• 4 large Hard-boiled eggs
• 4 pieces Anchovy fillets (optional)
• 200 grams Mixed salad greens
• 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley (chopped)
• 6 tablespoons Extra virgin olive oil
• 2 tablespoons Red wine vinegar
• 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
• 1 clove Garlic (minced)
• 0.5 teaspoon Salt
