• 1 pound Ground Beef- browned and drained
• 10 cloves Garlic – chopped
• 4 oz Caramelized Onions
• 1/2 cup Red Wine
• 1 tsp Black Pepper
• 1 1/2 tsp Salt
• 1/8 cup Au jus
• 1 ½ cups Water
• 1 tsp fresh Rosemary – chopped
• 1 oz Cornstarch – mixed with ½ cup Water
