Ingredients

• 1 pack Seafood by Sykes Atlantic cod cheeks (defrosted)
• 500 g Paella rice
• 1 Red Pepper (chopped)
• 1 Onion (finely chopped)
• 1 Garlic clove (finely chopped)
• 2 cubes Vegetable stock (for water quantity see your stock cube instructions – add no more than 380ml)
• 150 g Frozen peas
• 4 stems Tenderstem broccoli
• 0.5 tsp Turmeric
• 0.5 tsp Smoked paprika
• olive oil
• Salt and pepper to taste
