• 800 gram beef (chuck or round), cut into 3 cm cubes
• 1/2 onion cut in 2
• 1 red bell pepper, cut into 4 pieces
• 1 green bell pepper cut in 4
• 2 clove garlic
• salt and pepper to taste
• 1 tablespoon 15ml sugar
• 1 tablespoon 15ml smoked paprika
• 90 milliliter oil
• 40 milliliter white wine
• 15 gram corn starch
• 100 gram crushed tomatoes or tomato sauce
