- 3 Tb. Bacon Grease
- 1 Lb. Scaollops
- 1/2 C Butter
- 3 Cloves Garlic (Minced)
- 1/2 Tsp. Oregano
- 1/2 Tsp. Basil
- 1/4 Tsp. Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
- 1 Tb. Parsley
- Salt
