Ingredients

• 2 Tbsp. cooking oil
• 30 g dried shrimp
• 6 pcs. dried shitake mushrooms, soaked, removed stem, cut and finely diced
• 140 g Chinese sausages, cut into small pieces
• 2 whole turnips, peeled and grated, cook in 225 g water until tender
• 230 g rice flour, mix 1 cup water to form batter
• 30 g chopped cilantro
• 1 stalk green onion, chopped
