Not your traditional oven roasted ribs- these Japanese inspired ribs have an almost magical flavor which comes from the Japanese seven spice blend.
Ingredients
- 2 pounds beef short ribs
- 1 lemon, sliced thin
- 1 sprig of rosemary
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Juice from 1 lemon - about 2 Tablespoons
- 1 Tablespoon cornstarch
- 1/2 cup scallions, sliced
- 1 Tablespoon, plus 2 teaspoons Shichimi Togarashi
