A vegen alternative for a summer barbecue! The pineapple marinade gives the tofu a special and exciting taste. Goes well with tempeh too!
Ingredients
- 300 g of harder tofu
- oil for grilling
- a thumb-sized piece of ginger
- juice of 1 large lime
- 1 tsp Centralsun freeze-dried pineapple powder
- 1 tsp ground turmeric
- up to half a teaspoon of chili flakes
- salt to taste
- 2-3 tbsp of water
