Chard Noodles with Speck - HANDL TYROL

Ingredients

• 400 g noodles (e.g. broad noodles such as pappardelle)
• 100 g chard
• 70 g HANDL TYROL Tiroler Speck PGI Ham (cut in fine strips)
• 2 thin spring onions
• 2 shallots
• 150 ml Grüner Veltliner (or other dry white wine)
• 1 large tbsp butter
• 1 tbsp sunflower oil
• 50 g white bread
• 5 tbsp roughly chopped herbs (e.g. mint, chervil, parsley...)
• Salt
• Pepper
