Ingredients
- 400 g noodles (e.g. broad noodles such as pappardelle)
- 100 g chard
- 70 g HANDL TYROL Tiroler Speck PGI Ham (cut in fine strips)
- 2 thin spring onions
- 2 shallots
- 150 ml Grüner Veltliner (or other dry white wine)
- 1 large tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp sunflower oil
- 50 g white bread
- 5 tbsp roughly chopped herbs (e.g. mint, chervil, parsley...)
- Salt, pepper
- A little mint to garnish
