• 2 cloves fresh garlic
• 1/2 cup (125 ml) olive oil
• 1 1/2 pounds (750 g) skirt steak
• 2 ears fresh corn, husks and silk strands removed
• 10 (6-inch) flour or corn tortillas
• 1/2 cup (125 ml) cherry tomatoes, quartered
• 1 ripe avocado, peeled, pitted and chopped
• 5 tbsps (75 ml) crumbled queso fresco
