Ingredients

• 2.2 lbs beef stew meat
• 2 chouriço sausages
• 1/2 small green cabbage (chopped to taste)
• 6 leaves of kale or collard greens (chopped to taste)
• 7 tablespoons olive oil
• 2 onions, chopped
• 2 garlic cloves, chopped
• 2 teaspoons paprika
• 1 bay leaf
• Salt and pepper to taste
• 1 1/2 cups rice
• 1 cup white wine
