Ingredients

• 4 eggs
• 2 cups | 500 mL milk
• 1 cup | 250 mL granulated sugar
• 1 tsp each | 5 mL cinnamon, nutmeg and vanilla extract
• 5 cups cinnamon raisin bread cut into 1/2” cubes *
• 2 medium apples, peeled, cored and cut into 1/4” cubes
• 1/4 cup | 50 mL butter, melted
• 2 tbsp | 30 mL granulated sugar
