- 3 tbsp cilantro
- 1/4 cp mayo
- 1/2 cp sour cream
- 1 bag angel hair coleslaw
- 1 tbsp green onion
- Salt
- pepper
- 1 pineapple
- 1/4 red onion small diced
- 1 pepper 🌶
- 1/2 can Rotel
- 1 lime juiced
- 1 tbsp parsley
- 1 tbsp honey
- Fish (I used red snapper.)
- Tortillas
- Tajin or your preference of seasoning
- Cotija cheese
