Ingredients

• 1 tbsp toasted sesame oil
• 1 tsp grated ginger
• 2 garlic cloves, grated
• 2-3 spring onions
• 2 ears of corn (fresh)
• 1 tbsp + 1 tsp Shaoxing wine
• 2 tsp soy sauce
• 750ml vegan chicken or vegetable broth
• to taste salt
• 1/4 tsp white pepper
• 1 tbsp cornstarch
• 395g tofu, sliced widthwise into 1.5cm slabs
• 45g flour
• to taste salt and white pepper
• 50ml oat milk
• 40g panko breadcrumbs
• 150ml neutral oil
• 300g cooked sticky rice
• 2-3 spring onion greens
• 1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
