Spaghetti con salsa di noci e radicchio | Fattoria La Vialla

Ingredients

• 500 g spaghetti
• 1 head radicchio of Treviso
• 150 g shelled walnuts
• 50 g bread without the crust
• 60 ml milk
• 1 stalk of celery
• 8 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil (plus a little to drizzle on top of the finished dish)
• ½ clove of garlic
• ½ glass water
• grated aged pecorino cheese (at least 1 or 2 tsp per person)
• 1 pinch of nutmeg (according to taste)
• salt
• pepper
