- 3 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup plain flour
- 1/2 cup self-raising flour
- 2 tablespoon cocoa
- 3/4 cup salted peanuts, chopped
- 18 marshmallows, halved
- Icing
- 2 cup icing sugar
- 1 tablespoon cocoa
- 2 tablespoon smooth peanut butter, melted
- 1/4 cup hot water
- 36 mini Easter eggs
