- 1 cup sugar
- 270 ml water
- 750 g cornflour, for mould
- 1 egg for mould
- 250 g icing sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp vanilla essence
- 200 g dark chocolate, melted
- 40 g white chocolate, melted
