- 1kg sifted cornflour, to mould
- 125ml (½ cup) water
- 25g gelatine powder
- 330g (1½ cups) white sugar
- 385g glucose syrup
- small pinch salt
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 300g dark baking chocolate, chopped
- 100g melted milk baking chocolate, to drizzle
