• 4 sheets of dried rice paper
• 1/2 Mango, cut into long thin strips
• 1/2 Pear, cut into long thin strips
• 1 Kiwi, cut into long thin strips
• A few leaves of Mint
• A few Raspberry
• 1/4 Lime, cut into wedges
