- 1 White Onion
- 3 Bell Peppers (Red, Yellow, and Green)
- 1 Head of Bok Choy
- 3 Tablespoons Soy Sauce
- 1 Tablespoon Sesame Seeds
- 1 Teaspoon Sesame Oil
- 1 Lime
