Olive Chicken in Wine Sauce

Ingredients

• 6 chicken thighs
• 3 T. flour
• 1/2 t. salt
• 1/2 t. crumbled dry thyme
• 1 T. mild olive oil
• 1 cup dry white wine
• 1/4 cup dry sherry
• 1/2 t. minced green onion
• 2 oz. sliced ripe olives
• 2 oz. sliced pimentos
• 3 T. grated parmesan cheese
