Ingredients

• 1 can (16 oz.) or 4 (4 oz.) whole mild green chiles, rinsed and
• drained
• 4 oz. each Cheddar and Monterey Jack cheeses, shredded (1 c. each)
• 2 Tbsp. flour
• 1 can (12 oz.) evaporated milk
• 6 large eggs
• 1/2 tsp. each: ground cumin, garlic powder and seasoned salt
• 1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
