Ingredients

• 1/4 cup of soy sauce
• 1/4 cup of worcestershire sauce
• 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
• 2 tablespoons spicy Dijon mustard (i.e. grey poupon)
• 1 loaf of french bread about 2 feet long
• 1/2 cup of sour cream
• 4 ounces Gorgonzola cheese
• 1 tablespoon fresh parsley
• 1/2 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
• 1/4 teaspoon of salt
