• ½ tsp bicarb soda
• 2 tbsp salt
• 2 carrots (finely julienned)
• 1 small daikon (finely julienned)
• 1 red chilli (finely sliced)
• ½ cup white vinegar
• ¼ cup of sugar
• 1 tsp salt
• Cucumber (thinly sliced)
• Coriander
• Spring onion (sliced diagonally)
• Chillies (sliced)
