Ingredients

• 3 to 4 Foster Farms Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
• 1/3 cup Mesquite Barbecue Sauce
• 2 Tbs White Wine Vinegar
• 1 Tbs Lemon Juice
• 1 Tbs Dijon Mustard
• 1/4 tsp Ground Black Pepper
• 1 small Garlic Clove, finely chopped
• 4 Tbs Olive Oil
• 6 cups Mixed Salad Greens
• 1 Pear, cored and thinly sliced
