  • Lime Juice - from 3 fresh limes
  • Onion - 1 medium, finely chopped

  • Ginger - 1-inch piece, grated
  • Tomato - 2, diced
  • Cucumber - 1, peeled, deseeded, and cubed
  • Red Chili - 1, finely chopped
  • Papaya - 1 small, ripe but firm, cut into small cubes
  • Fresh Herbs - such as cilantro and basil, a handful, chopped
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • Rice or Taro - for serving
