- 70g dried macaroni pasta
- 70g grated mixed mozzarella and cheddar cheese (or your preferred cheese!)
- 170ml milk
- 4 rashers of cooked streaky bacon, finely chopped
- Salted butter
- 1 tbsp flour
- ½ tsp mustard powder
- ½ tsp nutmeg powder or freshly grated nutmeg
- Salt
