Ingredients
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon dried lavender (see note)
- 1/2 cup whipping cream
- 1 cup fresh whole-milk ricotta (we used BelGioioso brand)
- 2 teaspoons grated lemon zest (from about 2 lemons)
- 1/4 cup lemon juice (from about 2 lemons)
