- 1 tbsp of black peppercorns
- 1 tbsp of flaky sea salt
- 1 tbsp of dark brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp chilli powder
- 1 tsp garlic granules
- 1 tsp onion granules
- 450g of ketchup
- 70g of dark brown sugar
- 70ml of cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp of Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp celery salt
- 1/2 tsp cracked black pepper
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/4 tsp Tabasco
- lemon juice, to taste
- cayenne pepper, to taste
