- 1/4 cup lean beef (chopped, or ground beef)
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- 1 strip lemon peel
- 1 pinch nutmeg
- 1 cup beef stock
- 1/2 cup dry white wine (optional)
- 1/4 cup whipping cream
