• 7 to 8 garlic cloves
• 2 packages of 250 gr (8 cups) of Les Cultures de chez nous sliced leeks
• 375 gr (1 1/2 cup) of mushrooms
• 2 to 3 medium sized tomatoes
• 400 gr (1 small package) of spaghettini pastas
