• 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
• 1 egg yolk
• 1/4 cup chopped chives
• 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
• 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
• 2 large eggs
• 2 cups Panko bread crumbs
• 2 teaspoons salt

• oil for frying (at least 1 inch deep in your pan)
