• 2 tsp baking soda
• 2 cups all purpose flour
• 1/4 cup granulated sugar
• 1/2 cup unsalted butter
• 2 cups powdered sugar
• 2 tbsp heavy cream
• 1 1/2 tbsp Amoretti® Natural Lemon Artisan Flavor
• 1 drop yellow food coloring
