Garlic Herb Sauce for Grilled Tuna - Outer Banks Recipes

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup olive oil
• 1/4 cup white wine vinegar
• 1 1/2 tsp garlic, minced
• 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
• 1 tsp honey (Acacia or Buckwheat honey brings out the best flavor if you have it)
• 1 tbsp fresh thyme leaves, chopped
• 1 tbsp fresh rosemary leaves, chopped
• 1 tbsp fresh parsley leaves, chopped
• Salt and ground black pepper, to taste
